Hope Rocks’ two-day festival is set to return in August to raise awareness about addiction, depression and social isolation. Cantine Veterans’ Memorial Complex in Saugerties will again be the home of the Hope Rocks Festival featuring live music, food, crafters, activities and support services on Aug. 19 & 20.
